医学综合性期刊栏目设置的现状及其优化策略

摘　　要：通过随机抽样的方法调查分析16家医学综合性期刊的栏目设置情况,并结合自身的办刊体会,对医学综合性期刊的栏目设置的策略及其效果进行探讨。调查统计显示16家医学综合性期刊总计设置栏目293个,栏目总数不少,但其类型较少,主要为文体属性类、学科和内容类、学科内容与文体属性结合类等,编辑方式与文章来源类较少,其他类未见,不同类型的栏目效果存在一定差异。据此,提出了改进和创新栏目设置的几点体会和建议。This paper aims to discuss the column setting in comprehensive medical periodicals. By ran-dom sampling, column setting of 16 medical journals were investigated and analyzed, and discussionwas made into the strategy and efficacy of column setting of comprehensive medical journals, with ref-erence to personal experience of editing journal. It has been found that a total of 293 columns havebeen set up in 16 medical journals, which can be classified into stylistic feature, speciality and con-tents, and combination of stylistic feature and contents. Editing method and article source are relative-ly rare. And other types have not been found. Different type of column presents diversified effects.Hence, suggestions have been made to improve and innovate the column setting.
