医用藻酸盐填塞在治疗儿童Littell's区鼻出血中的研究

摘　　要：目的观察医用藻酸盐棉片在治疗儿童利特尔区(Littell's)鼻出血及鼻腔黏膜恢复中的应用效果。方法选择65例患儿,共计74侧鼻孔出血,随机分为观察组(33例,37侧鼻孔,藻酸盐填塞);对照组(32例,37侧鼻孔,金霉素眼膏+生理海水)。比较两组患儿治疗后1周、2周、1月鼻腔出血及鼻腔糜烂黏膜恢复情况。结果治疗1、2周后,对照组的治疗有效率均显著低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1月后,两组的治疗有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿治疗1周、2周及1月后的鼻腔糜烂黏膜好转率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藻酸盐填塞治疗儿童鼻出血操作简单易行,治疗持续时间短,患儿感觉舒适,可有效控制鼻出血及促进鼻腔糜烂黏膜恢复,是一种理想的鼻腔填塞材料。Objective To observe the application effect of medical alginate cotton tablets in the treatment of Littell＇s epistaxis and nasal mucosa restoration in children.Methods Sixty-five patients were selected, a total of 74 nostrils bleeding, they were randomly divided into observation group（33 cases, 37 nostrils, alginate tamponade） and control group（32 cases, 37 nostrils, chlortetracycline eye ointment＋physiological seawater）. The epistaxis and nasal mucosa restoration at 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment efficiency of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After 1 month of treatment, there was no significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The improvement rates of nasal mucosa restoration in the observation group after 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Alginate tamponade is simple and easy to operate, short duration of treatment, children feel comfortable. It can effectively control epistaxis and promote nasal mucosa restoration, is an ideal nasal cavity tamponade material.
