摘　　要：目的探究计算并降低药品库存周转率的方法。方法运用ABC分类法分析西安市中心医院药剂科医院信息系统(HIS)2017年药品进销存数据,统计其药品周转达标情况,累计比率,药品库存周转情况,未达标的药品占各自分类的品种及金额比率,并分析其周转率低的原因。结果各个季度A类药品占全部品种的比例不到7%,但销售金额占比高达60%左右;B类药品占全部品种13%左右,其销售额约占25%左右;C类药品占全部药品品种数的比例高达80%,但其金额仅占15%左右。周转天数合格(≤15 d)的药品累积金额比率为88.34%,累积品种比率为48.82%。周转天数不达标(>15 d)的药品主要集中在C类,共404种,占总品种数的47.87%。周转天数跃15 d的432种中月用量小的药品及普药占比最多,而急救药品和紧俏药品占比最少。结论采用ABC分类法,与"累计品种比率85%的周转天数≤15 d"相比,以"累计金额比率85%的品种周转天数≤15 d"来评价药品周转率更为合理。Objective To explore the method of calculating and reducing the drug inventory turnover rate.Methods The ABC classification method was used to analyze the drug invoicing data in the hospital information system（HIS） of pharmacy department of Xi＇an center hospital in 2017, and statistics its drug turnover standards, the cumulative ratio, the drug inventory turnover, non-compliance drugs account for their respective classifications and amount ratios, and analyzed the reasons for the low turnover rate.Results The proportion of Class A drugs in all categories was less than 7% in all quarters,but sales accounted for up to 60% of sales; Class B drugs accounted for about 13% of all varieties, and their sales amount for about 25%; Class C drugs accounted for 80% of all varieties, but the sales amount was only about 15%. The accumulative amount of medicines with qualified turnover days（≤15 d） was 88.34%, and the cumulative variety rate was 48.82%. Drugs with unsatisfactory turnover days（15 d） were mainly concentrated in category C, with a total of 404 species, accounting for 47.87% of the total varieties. Among the 432 kinds of drugs with turnover days 15 d, the drugs with the lowest monthly dose and the generic drugs accounted for the most, while the emergency drugs and tight drugs accounted for the least.Conclusion Using ABC classification method, compared with the ＂turnover days ≤15 d with a cumulative variety rate of 85%＂, ＂turnover days ≤15 d for varieties with a cumulative amount rate of 85% ＂ to evaluate the drug turnover rate is more reasonable.
