微创固定结合补肾健骨法治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的疗效观察  被引量:2

摘  要:目的探讨微创固定结合补肾健骨法治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者60例,随机分为2组,所有患者均采用闭合复位微创动力髋螺钉固定,观察组术后服用仙灵骨葆胶囊,对照组术后服用钙尔奇D片。比较两组患者术后并发症、骨折愈合时间、骨密度值变化、功能恢复情况。结果两组术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P〉005);两组患者术前、术后90d骨密度值,差异有统计学意义(P〉0.05);骨折愈合时间,术后180d骨密度值,患髋关节功能按照Harris评分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折采用微创固定,结合补肾健骨的方法能够改善骨质疏松,同时促进骨折愈合,且在改善髋关节功能方面也有一定优势。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive fixation combined with the therapy of strengthening bone with nourishing the kidney in the treatment of osteopororic femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 60 cases of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups. All patients were treated with closed reduction and minimally invasive dynamic hip screw fixation. The observation group was given Xianling Gubao capsule after operation, and the control group was given Caltrate D after operation. Postoperative complications, fracture healing time, bone mineral densiW and functional recovery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) . The difference of bone density values before and 90 days after operation in two groups were no statistically significant (P〉0.05) .The time of fracture healing, the bone density value at 180 days after operation, and the hip function according to the Harris score, these differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion The minimally invasive fixation of the osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture combined with the therapy of strengthening bone with nourishing the kidney can improve the osteoporosis, promote the healing of the fracture, and also have some advantages in improving the hip joint function.
