骨科常见并发症护理应急预案情景模拟演练的设计及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨应用情景模拟演练骨科应急预案的效果。方法对骨科18名护士采用模拟演练的方式培训骨科常见并发症的护理应急预案。比较培训前后护士理论成绩、操作成绩及综合能力，并调查护士对情景模拟演练后的满意度。结果培训后护士的理论成绩、操作成绩与综合技能比较，明显高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。护士对并发症应急预案情景模拟演练效果均满意。结论情景模拟演练可以发现预案和流程中存在的缺陷；有助于提升护理人员的综合实践能力和操作能力；有利于护理人员决策能力的培养，早期发现并发症，协助医师进行抢救；有助于调动护士学习的兴趣，形成良好的学习氛围。Objectives To estimate the effect of scenario simulation in rehearsing orthopedic emergency plans. Methods 18 orthopedic nurses were trained with scenario simulation for nursing emergency plans of common orthopedic complications. Theoretical examinations, clinical skills and comprehensive abilities assessments before and after training were compared. The nurses were surveyed on satisfaction of scenario simulation. Results Theoretical examinations, clinical skills and comprehensive abilities assessment scores after training were significant higher than that before （ P〈0.05 ） . All nurses were satisfied with the effect of scenario simulation training. Conclusion Scenario simulation exercises can find defects in the preplan and process, and help improve the comprehensive practice ability and operation ability of nursing stalE. It is conducive to the training of nursing staff in decision-making ability, early detection of comphcations and assisting doctors to rescue them. It is helpful to mobilize the interest of nurses to study and form a good learning atmosphere.
