摘 要:侧模的稳定性是沉管尺寸精度控制的关键,主要判断依据是承载力大小。不同工况对模板承载力的需求不一样,应合理设计模板结构。但有时为了追求"绝对"的稳定性,模板设计存在过于保守的现象,导致了材料的浪费,增加了工程投资成本。本文选取港珠澳大桥岛遂工程沉管预制侧模体系为研究对象,建立空间三维模型,假设不同结构设计情况下分析承载力的变化情况。模拟结果表明,侧模结构设计过于保守,影响结构承载力的关键因素是结构构件设计间距。因此,在侧模体系设计时,应充分考虑结构构件之间间距问题,可适当降低钢材属性,节约投资。The stability of the side formwork is the key of precision control of immersed tube,and the main judgment is based on scale of the bearing capacity.Bearing capacity of the formwork is decided by working conditions,so formwork should be designed reasonably.However sometimes in order to pursue the"absolute"stability,design of formwork is over conservative that result in waste of materials and increase of project investment.This paper uses the prefabricated side formwork for the immersed tunnel of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project as example to establish 3 Dmodel of side formwork system to analyze the changes of the bearing capacity of the structure design under different assumptions.The simulation results show that the design of the side formwork structure is too conservative,and the key factor that affects the bearing capacity of the structure is the distance between the structural units.Therefore,the space between the structural units should be fully considered,and the steel properties can be reduced appropriately to save investment.
