因台风倾覆的塔吊高空拆除施工技术

摘　　要：珠海市横琴新区星艺文创天地工程项目施工过程中遭遇台风,造成现场1台塔吊高空倾覆,但又未彻底倒塌,亟需紧急拆除。通过对拆除方案进行研究和综合比选后,最终采用2台中型汽车吊在地下室顶板上直接拆除的方法,阐述了受损塔吊拆除的具体方案及主要措施。经实践,该方案的拆除过程安全性较好,没有产生次生灾害,可以为今后类似情况提供参考。The construction of Xing Yi Culture Creativity project in Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai city was affected by a typhoon, which caused one overhead tower crane overturned. However, it did not collapse completely and needed an urgent demolition. After relevant research and comprehensive comparison and selection of the demolition schemes, two medium-size car cranes were finally used to demolish the damaged tower crane directly on the roof of the basement. The specific schemes and main measures for the removal of damaged tower cranes are elaborated in this paper. Through practice, the demolition process of this scheme is safer and there is no secondary disaster, which can provide references for similar situations in the future.
