摘　　要：中国特色社会主义新时代为我们提供了解放思想的巨大空间和机遇。当前,解放思想就是要打破思想误区、革除旧有观念、祛除惯性思维、摒弃观望主义,最终实现思想统领。通过在实事求是中进一步解放思想、在加强思想统领中进一步解放思想、在不断进取中进一步解放思想、在实干中进一步解放思想,进一步认清形势,更新观念,不断推进全面改革开放和"两个一百年"的历史进程。The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics has provided us with tremendous space and opportunities for emancipating the mind. At present, to emancipate the mind is to break ideological misunderstandings, eliminate old ideas, eliminate inertial thinking, and abandon the doctrine of wait-and-see, and ultimately achieve ideological leadership. We shall further understand the situation, update the concept, and continuously push forward the comprehensive reform and opening up to the outside world and the progress of the＂ Two Centenary Goals＂ by further emancipating the mind during the process of seeking truth from facts, further emancipating the mind in the process of strengthening the ideological leadership, further emancipating the mind in the process of making constant progress, and further emancipating the mind in the process of practical work.
