摘  要:为全面了解国产和进口10Cr转子钢的性能差异,本文对其化学成分和力学性能进行了测试,并采用紧凑拉伸试样测试了其在室温和高温(600℃)下的断裂韧度(KIC),分析了国产和进口10Cr转子钢的断裂韧度与其冲击吸收能量(KV_2)和韧脆转变温度(FATT50)之间的关系。结果表明:国产10Cr转子钢的化学成分中P、Si、Cu、Sn含量比进口10Cr转子钢略高,微观组织观察发现国产10Cr转子钢存在较多的粒度在600~700 nm的颗粒状富Nb相;国产和进口10Cr转子钢的拉伸强度基本相当,国产10Cr转子钢的室温冲击吸收能量明显低于进口10Cr转子钢,其高温延伸率略低于进口10Cr转子钢;相对于进口10Cr转子钢,国产10Cr转子钢的KV_2偏低、FATT50偏高,且KIC明显低。To comprehensively understand the domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels, the chemical compositions and mechanical properties are tested in this study, and the fracture toughness(KIC) is also tested at room temperature and high temperature(600 ℃) using compact tensile specimens. Meanwhile, the relationship among the fracture toughness, impact absorbed energy(KV_2) and ductile-brittle transition temperature(FATT50)of the domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels are analyzed. The results show that the content of P, Si, Cu and Sn in the domestic 10Cr rotor steel is slightly higher than that in the imported 10Cr rotor steel. The microstructure observes that the domestic 10Cr rotor steel has more granular Nb phase with a grain size of 600~700 nm. The domestic and imported 10Cr rotor steels have similar tensile strengths. However, the KV2 of the domestic 10Cr rotor steel at room temperature is obviously lower than that of the imported 10Cr rotor steel, and the high-temperature elongation of the domestic 10Cr rotor steel is slightly lower than that of the imported 10Cr rotor steel. Compared with the imported 10Cr rotor steel, the domestic 10Cr rotor steel has lower KV_2, higher FATT50,and lower KIC.
