摘  要:针对某超临界600 MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉,通过三维数值模拟的方法,对炉内温度场与热负荷分布进行了计算分析,建立了炉膛火焰中心位置与下水冷壁出口壁温的关系模型,提出了一种基于现有水冷壁出口壁温测点,进行火焰中心位置判别的方法。结果表明:本文的模拟计算值与锅炉实际运行情况符合良好,说明本文所采用的计算模型基本正确,计算结果具有一定的准确性和可靠性;所提出的火焰中心位置判别方法简单可靠,仅需利用锅炉已有壁温测点,投资低且工程实用性强;该判别方法可帮助运行人员实时监测炉内火焰中心位置,并采取相应的调整措施以保证炉内的稳定燃烧,有效提高了机组的安全性与经济性。A three-dimensional numerical simulation method is used to analyze the temperature field and heat load distribution of a 600 MW supercritical pulverized-coal wall-tangential combustion utility boiler. The relationship model between the location of the furnace flame center and the wall temperature of the outlet of water wall is established, and a method to judge the position of the flame center by using existing water wall temperature measuring points is proposed. The results show that the calculated value of this study is in good agreement with the actual operation of the boiler, which shows that the calculation model adopted in this study is basically correct, and the calculation results are accurate and reliable. In addition, the proposed method for determining the position of the flame center is simple and reliable. It uses only the existing boiler wall temperature measurement point which has low investment and strong engineering practicability. This judgment method can help the operators to monitor the furnace center position of the furnace at any time, and then take the appropriate adjustment measures to ensure the stable combustion of the furnace, and finally effectively improve the safety and economy of the unit.
