摘  要:针对含间歇性分布式电源(distribution generation,DG)配电网的无功优化问题,研究了基于运行层面相关性场景的配电网多目标无功优化模型及决策方法。从运行层面对风速和负荷进行了不确定性建模,构建了运行层面的相关性场景;以静态电压稳定性最好、网损期望最小和电压偏移期望最少为目标函数,建立了含间歇性DG配电网的多目标无功优化模型,并提出了基于优先级的多目标决策方法进行最优非支配解的选取。算例验证了所提方法的有效性,结果表明:基于运行层面的相关性场景构建方法可提高配电网的无功优化性能,基于优先级的多目标决策方法可根据系统实际运行状态动态调整目标偏好,从而保证系统运行稳定、经济及优质供电。Aiming at reactive power optimization problem of distribution network with intermittent distributed generation(DG), a multi-objective reactive power optimization model of distribution network at operation level based on correlated scenario and a decision-making method is studied. In this paper, uncertainty modeling of wind speed and load is carried out from the runtime layer, and the correlated scenario at operation level is constructed. Based on objective function of the best static voltage stability, the minimum network loss expectation and the minimum voltage deviation expectation, a multi-objective reactive power optimization model of distribution network with intermittent DG is established, and a multi-objective decision-making method based on priority is proposed to select the optimal non-dominated solution. Effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with a numerical example. Results show that the scenario construction method at operation level can improve performance of reactive power optimization of distribution network, and the multi-objective decision-making method based on priority can dynamically adjust target preference according to actual operation state of the system, so as to ensure stable and economic operation, and high-quality power supply.
