摘  要:传统变压器经济运行和网络重构技术通过开关操作调整配网潮流,降低变压器和线路损耗。然而开关操作的电磁暂态反应将对断路器和变压器产生不同程度的绝缘破坏和寿命折损,因此,变压器经济运行方式的切换和网络重构操作次数受到严格限制。提出了基于统一潮流控制器(unified power flower controller,UPFC)的配电网经济运行技术,通过UPFC调整变压器和线路潮流,实现零电流分合闸操作。系统可柔性切换变压器运行方式,实时优化重构配网结构,深入挖掘配电网的节电潜力。Traditional economic operation of the transformers and network reconfiguration were implemented by the switches operation to regulate the power flow of distributed network, which could effectively reduce the power losses through the transformers and distribution lines. However, the electromagnetic transient response caused by switching operation would lead to insulation damage and working life reduction for the breakers and transformers. Therefore, the number of switching the transformers' economic operation modes and network reconfiguration operations is strictly limited. This paper proposes a novel economic operation technology of distribution network based on Unified Power Flower Controller(UPFC).The UPFC can accurately regulate the power flow through the transformers, distribution lines and help realize the zero current turning on/off of the breakers and transformers. The system can flexibly switch transformers' operation modes and optimize the network reconfiguration in real time, which could deeply excavate the capability of loss reduction for the distribution network.
