摘　　要：新生代农民工城市适应问题不仅关系到城市的健康发展,同时也关系到我国"三农"问题的顺利解决,可以说一头连着城市,一头连着农村。以一个全新的视角,即通过允许农民专业合作社参与新生代农民工的基本劳动技能培训,起到切实改变农村职业教育资源稀缺现状的作用,通过这一组织形式增加新生代农民工群体的人力资本存量,提高其初次流动的薪金起点,有效应对融入城市过程中所面临的各种障碍性因素,促进再次流动,使新生代农民工能够做到真正地融入城市。New generation of peasant workers are not only related to the healthy development of a city,but also related to that whether China＇s ＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂issue can successfully be resolved. It can be said that it is related with both city and rural area. A new perspective that farmer cooperation by allowing the participate in basic work skills training for the new generation peasant workers,can effectively change the status of scarcity of vocational education in rural areas. Increase human capital stock of the new generation of peasant workers by this form of organization,and increase the salary of its first starting point into the cities to respond to the various obstacles faced by factors effectively to promote the flow again,so that the new generation of peasant workers can truly integrate into the city.
