摘 要:为了解猕猴桃过氧化物酶基因的调控功能,试验采用q RT-PCR技术分析了Ad POD27和Ad POD64在猕猴桃不同器官中的表达模式。结果表明,在猕猴桃不同器官中,Ad POD27和Ad POD64的表达模式较为一致,均在根中大量表达,其次是茎,而在果实中表达量最低。此外,除果实以外,Ad POD27在猕猴桃不同器官中的表达水平均高于Ad POD64。研究认为,Ad POD27与Ad POD64可能参与了猕猴桃根和茎的木质化形成过程,且Ad POD27发挥的调控作用更为明显。To investigate the regulatory functions of peroxidase (POD) genes in kiwifruit, the expression patterns of AdPOD27 and AdPOD64 in different organs were analyzed by using qRT-PCR. The results showed that the expression patterns of AdPOD27 and AdPOD64 in different organs of kiwifruit were similar, and all of them were high-expressed in roots, and low-expressed in fruits. In addition, the expression level of A dPOD27 was higher than that of A dPOD64 (except fruits) . Our studies suggested that, A dPOD27 and A dPOD64 would involve in lignification of roots and stems in kiwifruit, and A dPOD27 might play more important regulatory functions in the process..
