美国联邦政府对营利性高等教育的财政资助  

The Research of American Federal Government's Financial Aid to For-profit Higher Education

摘　　要：美国营利性高等教育的发展与联邦政府财政资助密切相关。由于营利性高校迎合了日益增长的多元化高等教育需求,且主要招收弱势群体学生,美国联邦政府逐渐加强了对营利性高校的资助。美国联邦政府主要以佩尔助学金和斯塔福德贷款的形式资助营利性高校学生,其财政资助亟须解决营利性高校的招生欺诈行为和学生贷款违约问题。The development of for-profit higher education in the United States was close- ly related to American federal government＇s financial aid. For the reason that for-profit colleges and universities catered to the increasing demands for diversified higher education and mainly recruited inferior group of students, American federal government gradually strengthened financial aid to for-profit colleges and universities. American federal government＇s financial aid to for-profit higher education were carried out by financing the students in for-profit colleges and universities with the main forms of Pell Grants and Stafford Loans. There were many challenges urgent to be resolved for American federal government＇s financial aid to for-profit higher education, such as recruitment frauds and student loan defaults.
