中青年脑力工作者预防腰椎间盘突出症知信行的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解中青年脑力工作者预防腰椎间盘突出症知信行现状及行为的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的知信行问卷对莆田市中青年脑力工作者进行抽样调查,所有数据录入SPSS 22.0软件分析。结果 1 136名中青年脑力工作者预防腰椎间盘突出症知识、态度、行为百分制得分分别为(70.68±10.09)分、(64.87±12.67)分、(58.83±13.37)分。知识、态度、行为两两呈正相关。影响行为的因素有知识、态度、性别、年龄、腰背痛症状、是否因腰背痛就诊过、配偶是否患有腰椎间盘突出症。结论中青年脑力工作者预防腰椎间盘突出症知信行存在不足,应特别关注男性、年龄≤35岁、无腰背痛症状、有腰背痛却未就诊、没有与腰椎间盘突出症患者密切接触过的人群。Objective To understand the knowledge-attitude-practice （KAP） status of preventing lumbar disc herniation （LDH） and the influencing factors of behaviors among young and middle-aged mental workers. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the sample of young and middle-aged mental workers in Putian. Data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 22.0. Results The mean percentile scores of knowledge,attitude and practice were 70.68±10.09,64.87±12.67 and 58.83±13.37,respectively,for all 1 136 participants. Pearson correlation analysis showed that knowledge,attitude and practice had positive correlation with each other. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent factors affecting behavior were sex,age,low back pain symptom, whether had seen a doctor for low back pain or not,whether the spouse had suffered from LDH or not,and knowl- edge and attitude. Conclusion The knowledge,attitude and practice are not satisfactory among young and middle-ged mental workers for preventing LDH. There are close relationships among knowledge,attitude and practice. Special attention should be paid to the population who are male , age ≤ 35 , have no low back pain,suffer from low back pain without accepting medical care,have no close contact with LDH patients lacking of enough knowledge about the disease.
