摘 要:20世纪70年代,后现代公共行政理论起源于美国,并于20世纪90年代引起美国学界的重视与讨论,21世纪前十年,后现代公共行政学又出现了重大的理论转向。在中国,后现代公共行政理论的引介肇始于20世纪90年代,而真正引起热议,则在21世纪初。如今,后现代公共行政理论为中国行政学界所认知,已是一个确定的现实。但是,在中国的视界,公共行政的后现代"叙事"风格和命运又是如何?经过二十多年的发展,后现代公共行政理论在中国的"命运"经历了从无到有到逐渐形成热点的过程,形成了中国式的"叙事",但仍为学界留有较多的讨论空间。Post-modern public administration theory originated in the 1970 s in the United States, and was focused on in the 1990 s. In the first decade of the 21 st century, postmodern public administration has experienced a major theoretical shift. In China, the introduction of post-modern public administration began in the 1990 s, and it was discussed hotly in the early 21 st century. Nowadays, the theory of post-public administration has been known by the administrative researcher of China. This is a definite reality. But what is the style and destiny of the postmodern narrative of public administration in China? After more than twenty years of development, post-modern public administration "narrative" of Chinese-style has been formed, but there is still much room for discussion.
