美国政治制度的跨文化考察——以伍廷芳《美国视察记》为核心

摘　　要：文章主要以伍廷芳《美国视察记》为核心,叙述其在跨文化背景下对美国政治制度的认识、比较、接受,乃至误读。探讨其在比较与借鉴视阈下所表现出的政治理念与制度想象。由于伍氏在民国初年独特的外交家地位,自然地他对美国政治制度的观察和评判亦带有典型性和权威性。从中大致可以了解那个时代的思想家们在制度选择上的所思所想,困惑及企盼,据此,更可以丰富相关研究内容。Based on Wu Tingfang＇s America Through the Spectacles of an Oriental Diplomat, this essay summarizes his understanding, comparison, acceptance and misunderstanding of the political system of the US under cross-cultural background. It also explores his political concept and system conception from the perspective of comparison and reference. As a diplomat of the early period of the Republic of China in Chinese Mainland, Wu＇s observation and judgement of the political system of the US is representative and authoritative. From his book, people can get a general understanding of the ideas, puzzles and expections of the thinkers of that period, which can enrich relevant studies.
