摘 要:通过对钻孔过程中煤岩体应力场、钻杆转速及钻杆排屑力、排屑扭矩进行理论分析,提出利用钻杆转速和钻屑量综合预测煤体应力大小的可行性,并利用自主研制的钻孔多参量测试设备进行实验室试验和现场钻孔实验。研究结果表明:在钻进速度、钻杆参数一致的条件下,钻杆转速与煤体应力呈负相关趋势,钻屑量与煤体应力呈正相关趋势,且钻杆转速与钻屑量保持很好的对应关系,证实了依据钻杆转速和钻屑量来综合预测煤体应力大小、集中程度是可行的;依据现场测试数据可得某矿实际工作面卸压区、集中应力区及原始应力区的大致分布位置,且集中应力区钻杆转速最小约为517.2 r/min,对应的钻屑量最大为5.1 kg/m。依据大量钻屑转速测试数据,提出利用一孔双指标对冲击地压进行预测预报,为煤矿动力灾害的防治提供新思路。Through the field,the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drill pipe cutting force,cutting torque stress theory analysis of drilling process of coal rock mass,the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drill cuttings coal comprehensive prediction feasibility of force,and multi parameter test equipment for laboratory test and field experiment using self-developed drilling drilling. The results show that: in the drilling speed,drilling parameters under the same speed and coal drill pipe stress was negatively correlated,drilling quantity and coal stress was positively related to the trend,and the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drill cuttings to maintain good relationship and confirmed according to the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drill cuttings to comprehensive the prediction of coal body force,concentrated degree is feasible; on the basis of field test data can be obtained in a mine practical work pressure relief zone,stress concentration zone and initial stress zone of the distribution position,and the stress concentration area minimum rotation speed of the drill pipe is about 517.2 r/min,corresponding to the maximum amount of drilling for 5.1 kg/m. Based on a large number of test data of drilling cuttings,it is proposed to predict and predict rock burst by using one hole and two indicators,so as to provide new ideas for prevention and control of coal mine dynamic disasters.
