摘  要:设计计算出适用于DU型水平带式真空过滤机动力传动系统的凸缘联轴器传动方案。首先对凸缘联轴器进行以质量最小为目标的优化设计,初步设计出适用于过滤面积为30 m2的DU型水平带式真空过滤机的动力传动方案。然后,利用集中质量法求出系统的固有频率,并与减速器齿轮啮合频率校核,避免发生共振。最后,通过Solid Works建立3维模型,利用Simulation插件对联轴器进行疲劳分析,校核其使用寿命。工程实践表明,上述设计方案是可行的。A new type of power train used for DU-type horizontal-belt vacuum filter is proposed based on flangecouplings.Firstly,the couplings are optimized,to ensure that the quality of them is minimum.The solution of power train used for DU-30 horizontal-belt vacuum filter is gained preliminarily.Then,the natural frequencies are obtained by using lumped mass method.Meanwhile,comparing the natural frequencies with the meshing frequencies of gears in the speed reducer to avoid resonance. Finally,the Solidworks software is used to carry out the 3 D modeling of the power train,and the fatigue life simulation is carried out by using Simulation,the cloud pictures of damage and life are gained.Results of engineering show that the design scheme can be applied to practical applicants.
