基于“硬科技”的西安经济发展对策研究

摘　　要：在新常态背景和＂一带一路＂政策下,把握＂硬科技＂的创新转折点,因地制宜的总结和制定西安＂硬科技＂发展之路是新时代促进西安经济增长的重要举措。本文通过分析＂硬科技＂的作用和优劣点以及西安整体经济发展状况,对比沿海经济发展要素,把＂硬科技＂与西安内向型经济相结合,紧抓科研,大力支持＂一带一路＂建设,加强创新意识和知识产权制度建设,用＂硬科技＂打赢＂十三五＂时期的脱贫致富道路,整体助力西安经济发展。In the new normal background and The Belt and Road policy, grasp the ＂Hard ＆ Core Technology＂, to summarize the road to promote economic growth. Through the analysis of the role of ＂Hard ＆ Core Technology＂and its advantages and disadvantages as well as the overall economic development of Xi’an,compared to coastal economic development elements,combining the ＂Hard ＆ Core Technology＂with Xi’an domestically-oriented economy,strengthen scientific research,support The Belt and Road, increase the sense of innovation and intellectual property system construction,use ＂hard technology＂to fight poverty and promote the overall power of economic development during the period of 13 th Five-Year in Xi’an.
