摘  要:采用超声提取法处理卷烟纸样品,微波消解法处理烟丝及香精样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定样品中钾、钠、钙和镁元素含量,控制卷烟产品质量稳定性。钾、钠、钙和镁的检出限分别为3.00、0.59、4.53、0.62μg/L,加标回收率为88.4%~112.0%。采用该方法对不同批次的烟丝样品、卷烟纸样品及香精样品中钾、钠、钙、镁元素含量进行了测定,考察了批次间的稳定性,并对同一规格不同厂家生产的卷烟纸中元素含量进行了对比分析。In order to control the quality stability of cigarette products,the contents of potassium(K),sodium(Na),calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)in cigarette papers were rapidly detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after two pretreatment methods(ultrasonic extraction and microwave digestion).The detection limits of K,Na,Ca and Mg were 3.00,0.59,4.53 and 0.62μg·L-1,respectively.The recoveries were in range of 88.4%-112.0%.This method was used to detect K,Na,Ca and Mg in cigarettes,cigarette papers and flavor samples in different batches.In addition,the element contents in cigarette papers produced by different manufacturers in the same specification were also detected and compared.
