摘　　要：目的了解重庆市医学专科学生营养知识行为现状及BMI影响因素,为针对性干预改善提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法调查了重庆市某医学专科院校812名学生,以体格测量与问卷调查相结合的方式进行。结果被调查学生中,营养知识知晓率仅为27.96%,饮食行为习惯存在一定的缺陷,体重过低发生率为21.92%,超重肥胖发生率为11.33%,与BMI有关的因素主要有性别、生源地、营养知识水平、爱吃零食、偏食挑食、体育锻炼频率等。结论应重视专科医学生的营养知识教育,帮助建立合理的饮食行为和膳食结构,减少体重过低和超重肥胖,也为未来基层医疗工作打下基础。Objective To understand the current situation of nutritional knowledge and behavior of specialized medical students in Chongqing and the influence factors of BMI,which can provide a reference basis for the improvement of targeted interventions. Methods We used the stratified cluster sampling method to investigate 812 students in the specialized medical college in Chongqing,with a combination of physical measurement and questionnaire. Results The awareness rate of nutritional knowledge of the surveyed students was only 27. 96%,and there were some defects with their eating habits. The underweight rate was 21. 92% and the overweight-obesity rate was 11. 33%. The main factors associated with BMI were gender,origin,nutritional knowledge level,snacks,picky about food,and exercise frequency,etc. Conclusion The nutritional knowledge of specialized medical students should be pay more attention to improve,which can contribute to establish a reasonable diet structure and reduce underweight and overweight-obesity,while can lay the foundation for future medical work.
