摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在参与严重过敏体质骨折患者的药物治疗中的作用。方法通过开展1例严重过敏体质骨折患者的药学监护,临床药师采集患者用药史和用药后临床表现,分析可能致敏药物,为患者个体化治疗提供药学支持。结果与结论临床药师分析可能是氟比洛芬酯注射液导致患者发生了过敏反应,并提供了可行的治疗建议,患者症状好转。临床药师可以从药学角度为复杂病例患者提供治疗建议,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in drug therapy for fracture patients with severe allergic constitution.Methods Through the medical supervision of a patient with severe allergic constitution,the medication history and the clinical manifestation after administration were collected and the allergenic drugs were concluded. These have provided pharmacological support for individualized treatment. Results and conclusion For the patient with severe allergic constitution,allergic reaction may be induced by flurbiprofen axetil injection. After a combination of physicians and pharmacists,the symptoms were improved. The clinical pharmacists with abundant knowledge of modern pharmacycan provide treatment advice from the perspective of pharmacy,which can improve the therapeutic effect.
