“筋骨平衡”理论在颈椎病推拿诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：中医认为,生理上筋与骨相互依存,保持动态平衡;病理上筋与骨互相影响。筋骨平衡是颈椎生理状态,筋骨失衡即"筋出槽"和"骨错缝"是颈椎病发生的主要病机。对于以颈部肌肉劳损、痉挛、疼痛等为主要表现的"筋出槽"和以颈椎曲度改变、椎间关节失稳、突出、压迫等为主要病理表现的"骨错缝",推拿可以通过理筋与整骨的方法,使颈部筋骨由失衡状态恢复至平衡状态。因此在颈椎病推拿诊疗过程中应树立"筋骨平衡"理念。Traditional Chinese medicine holds that muscles and bones are interdependent and keep dynamic balance physiologically and influence each other pathologically. The balance between muscles and bones is the physiological state of cervical spondylosis, while imbalances between muscles and bones, namely‘muscles off-position＇ and‘dislocation of bone＇, are the main pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis. The major clinical manifestations of‘muscles off-position＇ are neck muscle strain, spasm, pain, etc. The major pathological manifestations of‘dislocation of bone＇ are changes in the curvature of the cervical spine, instability of intervertebral joint, disc herniation and oppression. Tuina therapy can make muscles and bones of neck from the unbalanced state return to balanced state, through the method of tendon-regulation and osteopath. So, the concept of‘muscles and bones balance＇ should be established in diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis by tuina therapy.
