何若苹从奇经论治崩漏

摘　　要：何若苹教授行医30余年,擅长治疗内科、妇科及肿瘤相关疾病,临床经验丰富。崩漏为妇科常见病、多发病,她以奇经理论为纲,运用益奇经法治崩漏,注重辨证论治,配合补气生血、理脾滋化源、化瘀止血、收敛固经、养阴止血等法,来恢复奇经功能,以期藏聚如常。运用奇经理论在治疗女性崩漏方面有着独特的疗效,值得重视与推广应用。HE Ruo-ping has more than 30 years of medical practice, and she is good at treating internal medicine, gynecology and tumor-related diseases, and she has rich clinical experience. She treated metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, as a common and frequent disease in gynecology, by invigorating eight extra-channels based on the theory of eight extra-channels. She emphasized the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and restored the functions of eight extra-channels combined with these methods, such as benefiting qi and nourishing blood, regulating spleen to nourish the source, dissipating stasis to arresting bleeding, astringing for consolidating channel, and nourishing yin to arresting bleeding, to get the patients＇ menstruation back to normal. She has a unique curative effect in the treatment of female metrorrhagia and metrostaxis by using the theory of eight extra-channels, which is worthy of attention, popularization and application.
