摘　　要：郭志强教授根据女性在月经不同时期体内的气血阴阳消长及脏腑盛衰变化规律,将之运用于临床形成特色的郭氏中药调周序贯疗法,治疗妇科某些疑难病疗效显著。文章介绍了郭志强中医调周序贯疗法的理论基础,以及运用中医调周序贯疗法治疗妇科疑难病的治疗原则和用药,通过典型病例系统介绍了运用中医调周序贯疗法治疗妇科疑难病的方法,并详细介绍了该法治疗妇科疑难病的机制。Professor GUO Zhi-qiang according to the law of women＇s yin and yang succession in different periods of menstruation and the changes of zang-fu viscera, applied to the clinic to construct the sequential therapy of rugulating periodism of GUO＇s special Chinese medicine, the treatment of certain intractable gynecological diseases was significant. This article introduced theoretical basis of the sequential therapy of rugulating periodism with GUO＇s Chinese medicine characteristic, and the treatment principles and medications of using traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy of rugulating periodism to treat intractable gynecological diseases. The method of treating intractable gynecological disease with the sequential therapy of rugulating periodism of traditional Chinese medicine was introduced through a typical case system, and the treatment mechanism of intractable gynecological disease was introduced in detail.
