摘　　要：文章总结黄石玺教授毫火针为主治疗痹证的临床案例。黄石玺教授认为,痹证以风、寒、湿、热、痰、瘀等邪气闭阻经络,不通则痛为基本病机。病初以邪实为主,日久伤正,可致虚实夹杂。治疗当以毫火针为主的"温通之法"为原则,补虚泻实,调和阴阳。黄石玺教授临证经验丰富,对多种关节痹痛的治疗均取得一定疗效,值得临床推广。This paper summarizes the clinical case of professor HUANG Shi-xi on treating arthralgia syndrome with milli-fire needle. According to professor HUANG Shi-xi, the basic pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome is to block meridians with evil spirits like wind, cold, damp, heat, phlegm and blood stasis. At the beginning of the disease, it focuses on evil reality, but it may cause a false inclusion in a long time. Therefore, treatment should reinforce deficiency, reduce excess, and regulate yin and yang under the principle of warming with milli-fire needle. Professor HUANG Shi-xi has rich experience in clinical practice and has achieved certain efficacies in the treatment of various joint stuffiness and pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
