不同频率一指禅推法对脾虚家兔胃黏膜形态学改变的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察不同频率一指禅推法对脾虚家兔胃黏膜形态学改变,探讨手法频率与效应之间的关系。方法:48只新西兰家兔随机抽取8只为空白对照组(K组),其余接受灌胃造脾虚模型,将造模家兔随机分为A、B、C、D和模型对照组(P组),每组8只。A、B、C、D组分别在中脘、天枢(双)给予50~100、101~150、151~200和201~250次/min频率段的一指禅推法。实验结束后取各组胃黏膜制成标本,通过比较各组光镜以分析手法治疗效应。结果:一指禅推法干预后,B组101~150次/min脾虚家兔其胃黏膜厚度均值、主细胞数均值、壁细胞数均值、炎细胞数均值与P组比较均明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推法101~150次/min对脾虚型家兔的胃黏膜形态学改善作用较优。Objective： To observe the effects of pushing manipulation with one finger with different frequencies on the morphological of gastric mucosa in rabbits with spleen deficiency, and to explore the relationship between manipulation frequency and effect. Methods： Forty-eight New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected into group K （blank control group）, others were intragastric administrated to establish model of spleen deficiency. The model rabbits were randomly divided into groups A, B, C, D and P （model control group）, with 8 rabbits in each group. Groups A, B, C, and D were given pushing manipulation with one finger with frequencies of 50-100 times/min, 101-150 times/rain, 151-200 times/min and 201-250 times/rain in Zhongwan （CV12） and Tianshu （double） （ST25）, respectively. After the end of the experiment, the gastric mucosa of each group was taken as samples. The therapeutic effects of manipulation were analyzed by comparing different groups of light microscopes. Results： After intervention of pushing manipulation with one finger, the mean of gastric mucosal thickness, chief cells number, parietal cells number and inflammatory cells in group B all significantly improved than those in group P, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of 101-150 times/min on gastric mucosal morphology of rabbits with spleen deficiency is significantly improved.
