浅析三字经流派小儿推拿清补疗法

摘　　要：李德修三字经流派小儿推拿的清补疗法,是中医儿科推拿名家李德修所创立的小儿物理推拿疗法,历经近百年的实践检验,该疗法在中医儿科常见疾患的治疗方面卓有成效。文章通过对李德修三字经流派小儿推拿传承团队临床实践和经验进行总结,剖析李德修生前所发扬和继承的清补疗法的基本理论,并论述其中的中医内涵,简述推拿手法运用之理论真谛,传承三字经流派小儿推拿清补疗法的学术思想。After nearly a hundred years of practical testing, Qingbu therapy of infantile massage in Three-word Scripture school, which is a pediatric physical massage therapy created by Chinese medicine pediatric massage masters LI De-xiu, has effects in the treatment of common pediatric pediatric diseases. This paper inherits the academic thoughts of Qingbu therapy of infantile massage in Three-word Scripture school by summarizing the clinical practice and experience of doctor LI＇s massage inheritance team, analyzing and discussing the basic theory of Qingbu therapy founded by LI De-xiu during his lifetime at Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and making a brief description of massage theory.
