有毒中药全蝎增效减毒配伍方法探讨

摘　　要：从方剂配伍的角度,对全蝎的增效减毒组方配伍进行分析,认为其规律如下:全蝎增效配伍常加辛散之品以祛邪止痛,配伍芳香类药物理气开窍、活血消痈,合苦咸之品以软坚攻毒,佐化痰药物以治癫痫中风,联合虫类药物攻邪通络;全蝎减毒配伍主要通过佐以甘缓、补益、滋阴、酸收之品以缓其毒烈、补其正气、制其辛散。全蝎为临床常用有毒中药,临证运用时应以其功效为核心,重视其毒性,辨证论治,合理配伍以增效减毒,从而保证安全有效用药。From the perspective of prescription compatibility methods, enhancing the curative effect and reducing the toxicity of scorpion was analyzed, and it came up with the following rules： in the enhancing the curative effect of scorpion, it usually combined with pungent-spicy medicine herbs to remove the pain through eliminating pathogenic factor, added in aromatic herbs to regulate qi-flowing for relieving pain and promoting blood circulation and resolving carbuncle, combined with salty and bitter herbs to soften hardness and challenge, added in expectorant to treat epilepsy and stroke, combined with insect herbs to attack pathogen and dredge collaterals; in reducing the toxicity of scorpion, it usually combined with sweet herbs, tonic drugs, nourish fluid and sour drugs to reduce the toxicity, invigorate vital qi and restrict the pungent-spicy. Scorpion is widely used in clinical, and its efficacy should be taken as the core when it comes to clinical application, and we should pay attention to the toxicity, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and with reasonable compatibility for enhancing the curative effect and reducing the toxicity, and so as to ensure the safety and effective medication.
