肺纤方加减治疗36例特发性肺纤维化患者CT积分改变及生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肺纤方对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者胸部CT积分变化的影响。方法:给予36例IPF患者肺纤方加减口服,方中冬虫夏草使用冬虫夏草菌丝粉胶囊(百令胶囊)代替,每次4粒,配合中药口服,每日2次。观察治疗前后患者CT积分及生活质量的变化。结果:治疗后患者CT积分较治疗前下降,网格影、蜂窝影变化明显(P<0.05);患者生活质量得到一定改善。结论:肺纤方在一定程度上能改善肺肾亏虚,痰瘀阻络证患者的临床症状及体征,减轻患者影像改变,改善患者肺功能,提高其活动耐力及生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect of Feixian Fang （FXF） on the changes of chest CT scores and quality of life in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF） patients with lung-kidney deficiency syndrome and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods： Patients were given oral FXF, where Chinese caterpillar fungus was replaced with Cordyceps Sinensis Powder Capsule （Bailing capsule）, 4 capsules each time, twice daily. The CT scores and the quality of life were observed before and after treatment. Results： The CT scores were lower than that before treatment, significant changes were found in reticular pattern and honeycombing （P〈0.05）. And the quality of life was improved. Conclusion： Clinical observation showed that FXF can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lung-kidney deficiency syndrome and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, reduce image changes, improve lung function, activity tolerance and quality of life.
