摘 要:研究了室温、150℃、300℃铸型预热温度下网格试样的充填率和400℃、600℃两种铸型预热温度以及采用砂箱保温对Ti_3Al环形复杂件的充型影响,发现提高铸型预热温度可以改善Ti_3Al的充型能力,但其与铸型面层反应产生气体对液态Ti_3Al合金填充有阻碍作用;铸型放置于砂箱中的条件下,400℃的预热温度可以满足Ti_3Al合金环形复杂构件的完整充型。The filling ratios of grid samples prepared with the molds being preheated at room temperature, 150℃ and 300℃ were investigated, and the effects of two preheat temperatures of molds ( 400 ℃, 600℃) and heat preservation with molding box on the filling process of Ti3Al alloy ring-shaped complex castings were researched. The results show that increasing the preheat temperature of molds can improve the filling capability of Till alloy, however the gas produced from the reaction between the Ti3Al alloy and face-layer of molds hinders the filling. Furthermore, if the mold is thermally preserved in the flask, the preheat temperature of mold at 400℃ can promote the complete filling of Ti3Al alloy ring-shaped complex casting.
