摘 要:为认识SiO2对分相乳浊釉的分相过程及其性能的影响,选择K2O-Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2分相乳浊釉为研究对象,通过SEM、TEM、FTIR等测试手段,探究SiO2对釉面乳浊度、硬度及釉层显微结构的影响。结果表明:随SiO2摩尔含量的增加,釉玻璃中[BO4]向[BO3]转变,提高了釉的分相倾向,致使分相结构由连通贯穿状向孤立液滴状转变,80~150 nm范围内分相液滴的体积分数和平均尺寸均显著增加,同时,两相之间折射率差值增大,三者共同作用下提高了釉面乳浊度,白度由50.09%提高至74.33%;同时,釉中[SiO4]含量的增多促使釉面硬度由2685.2 MPa提高至7126.7 MPa。In order to research the effect of SiO2 on the phase separation process and its performance of phaseseparation opaque glaze, K2O-Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 phase-separation opaque glaze was selected as the research object. Through SEM, TEM and FTIR, the effect of SiO2 on the opacity, hardness and the microstructure of glaze layer was investigated. The results show that with the increase of molar content of SiO2, [BO4] changes to [BO3] in the glaze glass, which increases the segregation tendency of the glaze, resulting in the transformation of the phase separation structure from connected through to isolated droplet. The volume fraction and average size of the phaseseparated droplets increased significantly. At the same time, the difference of the refractive index between the two phases increased. Under the combined action of the three, the glazed opacity was improved. The whiteness increased from 50.09% to 74.33%; and the increase of the content of [SiO4] in the glaze caused the glaze hardness to increase from 2685.2 MPa to 7126.7 MPa.
