摘 要:为了研究试样厚度及落锤试验方式对X70 DWTT性能影响,分析了不同厚度DWTT试样在不同试验温度下剪切面积的变化规律,对比了落锤试验机和摆锤试验机两种不同试验方式下原壁厚及减薄试样剪切面积随温度的变化规律。结果表明:随着试样减薄,DWTT的韧脆转变温度也随之下降,而且对于评价合格有利;当试样厚度达到26 mm以上或18 mm以下时,厚度效应不十分明显,温度效应大于厚度效应;摆锤试验和落锤试验对于30 mm的原壁厚试样DWTT剪切面积无明显影响,但对于19 mm的减薄试样,摆锤试验的韧脆转变温度高于落锤试验,影响较为明显。In order to research on influence of specimen thickness and drop weight test method on X70 DWTT performance,changing rules of shear area of different thickness specimens at different temperatures were analyzed, changing rules of shear area of original thickness and thinning specimens with the change of temperatures under different test methods of drop weight testing machine and pendulum impact testing machine were compared. The results indicated that the ductile-brittle transition temperature dropped with thinning specimen, and it was good for qualified evaluation; when the specimen thickness was above 26 mm or below 18 mm, thickness effect was not obvious, and temperature effect was more obvious; pendulum test and drop weight test had no obvious influence on DWTT shear area of 30 mm thickness specimen, when the pendulum test ductile-brittle transition temperature was higher than drop weight test, it had obvious influence on 19.0 mm thinning specimen.
