摘  要:固体进样直接测汞法测定煤炭样品中的汞无需对样品进行处理,具有灵敏度高、准确度好的优点,已经成为了ASTM标准方法。对于富含硫的煤样进行测定时,其中的硫和卤素会加速测汞仪中的催化管失效,为了延长催化管的使用寿命、降低仪器的维护成本,将碳酸钠、氧化钙和氧化镁作为净化剂与样品混匀或覆盖在样品表面,对比研究了硫、卤素和氮氧化物的净化效果。研究结果证明,碳酸钠和氧化钙可以将硫、卤素吸附净化80%以上,二者对不同硫、灰分、汞含量及变质程度的煤炭样品中汞的测定没有影响,可以将催化管的使用寿命延长一倍以上。Determination of mercury content in coal by direct mercury measurement does not require any sample preparation.This method has good accuracy and repeatability and has become a standard method of ASTM.When determining sulfur-rich samples,The sulfur and halogen will accelerate the failure of the mercury analyzer's catalyst tube.In order to prolong the mercury analyzer's lifetime and reduce the maintenance cost of the instrument,mixing sodium carbonate or calcium oxide as a purifier with the sample or covering the surface of the sample,then the purification effect of sulfur,halogen,and nitrogen oxides was studied.Sodium carbonate and calcium oxide were selected as the purificant to purify the sulfur and halogen over 80%.The determination of mercury content in coal samples with different sulfur contents,ash contents,mercury contents and coalifications was not affected.It concluded that the addition of sodium carbonate or calcium carbonate as the purificant with the sample could double the lifetime of the catalytic tube.
