摘 要:钢铁冶炼过程中产生的除尘灰,含有大量的铁、碳和锌,具有较高的回收价值。本文采用新型细粒重选设备悬振锥面选矿机,对河北某钢厂除尘灰浮选尾矿进行选铁试验研究。试验结果表明:在矿浆浓度22%、分选面转动周期120 s/r、分选面振动频率360次/min、洗涤流速0.9m^3/h以及处理量0.25 t/h的最佳条件下,得到了品位为60.56%,回收率为45.04%的铁精矿,取得了较好的分选指标。Great number of dust were generated in the process of steel smelting, containing large amounts of iron, carbon and zinc, with a high recovery value. In this paper, we use a new type of fine-gravitational re-election equipment, suspension vibration cone separator, to select the iron ore from dust ash flotation tailings in a certain steel mill of Hebei province. The test results showed that under the optimum condition of ore concentration was 22%, rotation period reached 120 s/r, vibration frequency reached 360 times/min, flushing water flow rate was 0.9 m3/h and treatment capacity was 0.25 t/h, the iron concentrate with grade of 60.56% and recovery of 45.04% was obtained, which achieved a good separation index.
