摘 要:为了有效回收复杂型氧化铜矿,可以先对氧化矿进行硫化预处理,再进行浮选回收。本文采用硫酸盐还原菌(Sulfate Reducing Bacteria,SRB)还原硫酸盐的方法对矿物进行生物硫化预处理,针对某复杂型氧化铜矿进行研究。试验考察了生物硫化工艺参数:矿石粒度、生物硫化剂用量(倍数)、矿浆浓度、硫化温度及硫化时间等因素对矿物生物硫化的影响,采用单因素分析法,最终得出较佳的生物硫化预处理条件:矿石粒度-0.150 mm、矿浆浓度为4%、生物硫化剂用量为理论值的2倍、硫化温度为50℃、硫化时间为6 h。In order to recycle oxidized copper ore effectively, the oxidized ore can be treated by vulcanization and then recovered by flotation. Producing vulcanizing agent by reduction method of Sulfate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) is put forward. A new technology for the vulcanization of oxidized copper ore by using curing agents produced biologically with sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) is proposed. In this work, the effects of particle size, curing agent dosage, pulp density, curing temperature and vulcanization time on suffixation rate are investigated. And the optimum test conditions obtained are as follows: particle size is -0.150 mm, pulp density is 4%, the dosage of curing agent is 2 times of the theoretical value, curing temperature is 50℃ and curing time is 6 h.
