摘　　要：目的:评价石家庄市疾病预防控制中心成立10周年的重点传染病的防控效益,进而为卫生行政部门制定传染病防控策略、合理使用配置卫生资源提供科学依据。方法:采用经济效益分析方法,分析石家庄市2006—2015年流行性出血热、伤寒和副伤寒、流行性乙型脑炎、流行脑脊髓膜炎四种重点传染病的投入和回收效益。结果:2006—2015年四种重点传染病的发病人数较前10年共减少10 200例,死亡病例减少17例。10年中四种重点传染病总投入成本494.58万元,因减少发病死亡人数取得的经济效益达12 915.77万元,总投资与总回收效益比值为1∶26.11。结论:石家庄市疾病预防控制中心成立10年以来,四种重点传染病防控取得了巨大社会效益和显著的经济效益。Objective： To evaluate the cost-effectiveness analysis of control and prevention on key communicable diseases in the 10th anniversary after the establishment Shijiazhuang center for disease control anti prevention, and then to provide a scientific hasis for prevention and control strategy and reasonable using and allocation of health resources. Methods： Using cost-effetiveness analysis, it analyzed on the fees spent and benefits gained in the control of these ＂Four Diseases＂（including hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, typhoid and paratyphoid, epidemic eneephalitis and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis） in Shijiazhuang from 1986 to 1998. Results： Compared with a decade ago, the ＂Four Diseases＂ reduced 10 200 cases and death eases were reduced by 17. in the decade, the total investment was 4.9458 million yuan, while the economic efficieney benefited from the reduction of cases and deaths reached to 129.1577 million yuan. The ratio between total investment and efficiency was 1：26.11. Conclusion： Shijiazhuang Center for Disease Control and Prevention had been founded for 10 years, these ＂Four Diseases＂ prevention and control work had achieved great social and economic benefits.
