复方增氧分散片提取工艺的活性筛选及其正交优化试验研究

摘　　要：目的复方增氧分散片的最佳活性提取工艺研究。方法采用药效跟踪法,以耐缺氧活性为考察指标,对复方增氧分散片五个提取工艺进行活性筛选。针对所筛选出的活性提取工艺,采用正交试验法,以丹参酮IIA提取率、丹酚酸B提取率、红景天苷提取率、总多糖提取率、总皂苷提取率为考察指标,对提取时间、提取次数、溶媒量进行进一步的参数优选研究。结果通过实验获得了复方增氧分散片最佳活性药效提取工艺路线,在此基础上,通过正交试验得到复方增氧分散片最佳提取工艺为以9倍量水煎提取2次,每次2 h。结论综合运用药效跟踪法及正交试验法,获得了具有最佳活性的提取工艺,为确保开发出安全有效、适合工业化生产的复方增氧分散片提供了实验依据与技术支撑。Objective Study on Optimum Activity Extraction Technology of Compound Oxygenated Dispersible Tablets. Methods The five extraction processes of the Compound Oxygenation Dispersible Tablets were investigated by the method of efficacy tracking and the anti-hypoxia activity was used as an index. The extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B,salidroside,the total polysaccharide and the total saponin were investigated by orthogonal test,the extraction time,the number of extraction and the amount of solvent were used for further parameter optimization study. Results The optimum extraction process of Compound Oxygenation Dispersible Tablets was obtained by experiment. On the basis of this,the optimum extraction process of Compound Oxygenation Dispersible Tablets was obtained by orthogonal test and the extraction process was putting it in 9 times the amount of water decoction 2 times,each 2 hours. Conclusion In order to ensure the development of safe and effective,it is suitable for industrialized production of Compound Oxygenation Dispersible Tablets,which provides experimental basis and technical support.
