摘  要:我国主要茶树病害种类近100种,对茶叶产量和品质带来较大的影响[1~3]。2016年3月至5月,受低温阴雨等天气因素影响,贵州部分高海拔地区的茶树病害发生率较高。课题组在贵州省石阡县茶园发现一种茶叶斑点病,对茶叶产量和品质影响较大。该病害初期表现在嫩叶或新梢,成叶也可被侵染。The tea leaf spot disease,which severely affected the quality and yield of tea leaves,was found in the tea region around Shiqian county,Guizhou Province.The isolate GZSQ-4 from tea leaf spot responsible for this new disease fulfilled Koch's postulate and was further identified as Phoma segeticola var.camelliae based on morphological characters,supplemented with phylogenetic analysis with multi-locus sequences,viz.,β-tublin (β-tub) ,RNA polymerase Ⅱ (RPB2) ,internal transcribed spacer (ITS),and the 5' end of the nuclear ribosomal large subunit (28S) region.Our basic work on the pathogen of the new foliar disease is an important step in the development of disease management strategies.
