摘  要:玉米丝黑穗病病原菌为丝轴团散黑粉菌(Sporisorium reilianum),属于担子菌亚门冬孢菌纲黑粉菌目真菌,其引起的玉米丝黑穗病是一种土传病害,在种子时期或经根系侵染寄主[1]。其侵染方式为系统性侵染,病害症状早期不明显,直到该菌株代替寄主植株的雄性或雌性花序时,才出现典型症状[2,3]。PEG-mediated protoplast transformations with three recombinant vectors containing eGFP gene under control of different gene promoters (otef,hsp70,mig2-5-1) were performed in Sporisorium reilianum strains,respectively.All promoters could induce the stable expression of eGFP in the spores,while the signal intensity of fluorescence driven by mig2-5-1 was stronger than the others.Further assaies on the pathogenicity,growth and other characteristics of the eGFP-labeled strains showed the similarity to the wild type.Therefore,the strains labeled with eGFP driven by mig2-5-1 promoter can be used for studying the interaction between Sporisorium reilianum and maize.
