摘  要:为防止胡麻收获过程中发生的茎秆缠绕、堵塞、籽粒损失严重等问题,设计一种携有辅助脱粒装置、气流清理装置和仿生切割装置的胡麻收获割台。通过计算确定辅助脱粒装置及气流清理装置的关键设计参数。结合Solidworks flow simulation对割台进行输送气流场分析,分析结果显示流场分布基本符合设计要求;同时应用Solidworks Autotrace工具捕捉胡麻天敌害虫朝鲜金龟子咀嚼式口器上颚切齿叶的基本轮廓,进一步优化设计后建立仿生切割器动刀片三维模型,并通过刀片横向位移图和传统切割器进行对比,对比结果表明:仿生切割装置空白区减少50%,重割区减少80%,切割效果明显优与传统的标准型切割器。为北方旱区胡麻机械化收获装置的研发提供借鉴与参考。In order to prevent the problems of twining,clogging and serious loss of seeds in the process of flax harvest,a kind of flax harvest and cutting platform with auxiliary threshing device,airflow cleaning device and bionic cutting device was designed.The key design parameters of auxiliary threshing device and air flow cleaning device were determined by calculation.The conveying flow field of the cutting platform was analyzed by using Solidworks flow simulation,and the analysis results showed that the flow field distribution basically met the design requirements.Solidworks Autotrace tool was used to capture the basic outline of the cutting blade on the chewing mouthparts such as chafer,and the three-dimensional model of the bionic cutter was created after optimization.And the horizontal displacement of the blade was compared with that of the traditional cutter,it showed that the blank area of bionic cutting device was reduced by 50%,the recut area was reduced by 80%,and the effect of cutting was obviously superior to the traditional standard cutter.It provided reference for the research and development of the mechanized harvesting device for flax in arid area of northern China.
