消风止痒汤辅助雷公藤多苷片治疗风热型急性荨麻疹疗效及其对中医证候积分及血清IgE、WBC、5-HT水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察消风止痒汤辅助雷公藤多苷片治疗风热型急性荨麻疹疗效及其对中医证候积分和血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞(WBC)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的风热型急性荨麻疹患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,均给予基础干预,对照组给予雷公藤多苷片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用消风止痒汤辅助治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、临床疗效,检测患者白介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、IgE、WBC、5-HT水平。结果治疗后两组瘙痒、水肿、风团数量、风团大小积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率91.67%显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组IL-4水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组IFN-γ水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组IgE、WBC水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组5-HT水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消风止痒汤辅助雷公藤多苷片可有效改善风热型急性荨麻疹患者临床症状和血清IgE、WBC、5-HT水平,提高治疗效果。Objective： To observe the effect of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Decoction assisted Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets on acute urticaria of wind-heat type and the influence on TCM syndrome score and the levels of serum immunoglobulin E（Ig E）,white blood cell（WBC）,and 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）. Methods： 96 patients with acute urticaria of wind-heat type were selected as the research objects,and divided into the study group and the control group,48 cases in each,according to the random number table method. Two groups were given basic intervention;on this basis,the control group was given Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets,while the study group was added Xiaofeng Zhiyang Decoction for adjuvant treatment. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,and the levels of interleukin-4（IL-4）,interferon-γ（IFN-γ）,Ig E,WBC and 5-HT of the patients were detected. Results： The scores of pruritus,edema,number of wheal and size of wheal were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the total efficiency in the study group was 91.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group（75.00%）（P〈0.05）;IL-4 levels of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;IFN-γ levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）;Ig E and WBC levels of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）;the 5-HT levels of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）,and the study group was significantly higher than control group（P〈 0.05）.
