经阴道彩超介入硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价经阴道彩超介入硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效,为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取该院2015年3月-2017年11月经临床和超声确诊为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的42例患者为研究对象,应用经阴道彩超引导下穿刺抽吸并行无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果 42例患者共计54个卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,术后随访3个月至1年,5例失访;治愈35例,治愈率71.4%(35/49),有效11例,无效3例,总有效率为93.8%(46/49)。结论经阴道彩超引导介入硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿具有精准、安全、创伤小、费用低、可重复、恢复快且不损伤卵巢功能、快速改善患者生活质量等特点,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of interventional sclerotherapy by transvaginal ultrasound for ovarian endometriosis cyst,provide a theoretical basis for treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods From March 2015 to November 2017,42 patients diagnosed as ovarian endometriosis cyst by clinical examination and transvaginal ultrasound in Dongguan Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as study object,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound-guided puncture-aspiration and absolute ethyl alcohol sclerotherapy were performed.Results A total of 54 ovarian endometriosis cysts were found among 42 patients,all the patients were followed up for 3-12 months,and 5 patients were lost to follow-up,35 patients were cured,the cure rate was 71.4%（ 35/49）,the therapy was effective in 11 patients and ineffective in 3 patients,the total effective rate was 93.8%（ 46/49）.Conclusion Interventional sclerotherapy by transvaginal ultrasound in treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst has the advantages of accuracy,safety,small trauma,low expense,repeatability,rapid recovery,no damage to ovarian function,and rapid improvement of life quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
