摘　　要：通过对三厢车顶盖的冲压工艺方案进行分析,介绍了三厢车顶盖尾部流水槽的多种成形工艺方案以及各方案具体的模具结构与工作原理,通过对工艺方案进行分析对比,找出最优方案,以提高加工及生产效率。Based on the analysis of the stamping process scheme of the three-box-type body roof panel, several forming process schemes for the roof drain were put forward, and each die structure and its working principle were presented. By analyzing and comparing the process schemes, the optimal solution was found out.
