摘 要:基于NX-CAM模块,针对鞋底模型腔板,通过平面铣、数控铣、固定轴曲面轮廓铣的方法,设置相应的刀具轨迹、切削用量、进退刀点等切削参数和非切削参数,通过NX-CAM后处理功能生成FAGOR系统的NC程序,将鞋底模型腔板在加工中心铣削加工。试验证明:经验证和优化的工艺设计与刀具轨迹达到了预期的加工效果,为复杂型腔板结构的铣削加工提供了工艺编程的实践依据。In view of the cavity plate of the mould for the sole of a shoe, the plain milling,NC milling and contour milling of the fixed shaft were adopted based on NX-CAM module.The corresponding cutting parameters and non-cutting parameters were set up, such as the tool path, the cutting condition, the tool feeding and retracting point. The NC program of FAGOR system was generated by the post processing of NX-CAM, and the cavity plate was milled in the machining center. The actual production showed that the process design and tool path after verification and optimization have achieved the expected processing results,which could provide practical basis for NC milling programming of complex cavity plate structure.
