外廊空间与邻里交往——万科金色城品跃层式外廊住宅个案分析

摘　　要：通过设计回访和PSPL调研法,对广州万科金色城品外廊式住宅和单元式住宅进行对比研究,总结了邻里交往的特征,分析了邻里交往品质与建成环境之间的关系。分析结果表明:明确的边界划分、高可达性、适宜的尺度都对邻里交往活动具有促进作用,外廊空间中靠近宅门的半私密空间对邻里交往活动品质的提高具有重要意义。This paper investigates the characteristics of neighborhood communication, relationship between neighborhood communication and corridor space through studying correlations between corridor buildings and apartment buildings in Guangzhou Vanke Golden City with the methods of return visit and PSPL. The results show that unambiguous boundary, high accessibility and proper scale play important roles in improving the quality of neighborhood interaction. Moreover, semi-private living space near the center of side corridor space is also significant in such improvement.
