摘　　要：本文将1949年新中国成立以来中国政府推动经济发展、减少贫困、维持社会稳定和增加人民富裕的一系列宝贵经验，总结在主流经济学中发展治理的经济学分析框架下，并进而分析了这一概念框架的内涵与外延；概括了改革以来中国发展治理所体现的若干核心经济学特征，并进而探讨了它未来现代化的必要性与方向以及这种发展治理对世界不同国家和地区以及全球治理的影响。This article summarizes a series of valuable experiences of the China＇ s government in promoting economic de- velopment, reducing poverty, maintaining social stability and increasing people＇s prosperity since the founding of New China in 1949. It summarizes the economic analysis framework of development governance in mainstream economics, and further analyzes the connotation and extension of the conceptual framework. Besides, this paper also summarizes some of the core economic char- acteristics embodied in China＇s development governance since the reform, and further explores the necessity and direction of its future modernization and its impacts on different countries and regions in the world.
