护理干预对原发性肝癌介入治疗后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对原发性肝癌介入治疗后并发症的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2017年6月收治的实施介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者66例随机分为观察组与对照组各33例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组给予综合性护理干预措施,评估两组护理效果。结果实施护理干预后,观察组患者的护理总满意度显著优于对照组(96.97%和72.73%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.298,P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均较介入治疗前有所提升,且显著优于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组出现发热、恶心与呕吐、肝功能损害、骨髓抑制、消化道出血、穿刺部位血肿的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对原发性肝癌介入治疗中的应用效果显著,能够有效降低并发症的发生,值得临床进一步推广与应用。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the complications after the primary liver cancer interventional therapy. Methods 66 cases of patients with primary liver cancer for interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing measures, while the observation group used the general nursing intervention measures, and the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results After nursing intervention, the total nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（96.97%, 72.73%）the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=5.298,P〈0.05）, and various scores of quality of life in the observation group were improved compared with those of the interventional therapy, which were obviously better than those in the control group at the same period（P〈0.05）,and the incidence rates of fever, nausea and vomiting, liver function damage, bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal bleeding and puncture site hematoma were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of general nursing interventional therapy of primary liver cancer can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, and it is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
